Vomiting, Burning Sensation, Sweating, Freezing, No Appetite, Prolonged Periods. Any Suggestions?

I woke up at 1am throwing up. Feels like I'm burning up inside but I'm freezing on the outside. Sweating uncontrollably but freezing. No appetite. Very weak. Just had a period that lasted 10days (just had my mirena removed about 6 weeks ago)
My obgyn said I'm probably starting peri-menopause and I'm only 36. Any suggestions?

hi,
thanx for your query.
as per ur age it doesnt feel like u are perimenopausal.
as u have mirena removed there might be chances of pregnancy.
blood and urine pregnancy test will confirm the diagnosis.
well other way round it might be some gastroentrology problem.u might need endoscopy and an abdominal scan to make sure everythingz is fine.
get thyroid levels done too as ur cold intolerance and weight loss points towards hyperthyroidism.
byeee.
