What Causes Leg Cramping And Purple Toenail While On Hormone Replacement Therapy?

I just noticed 2 indentions on my right leg to the left of my shin. I have also had cramping or crampy feeling in this leg for some time. I also have a purple toenail on my big toe that wont go away on the same leg. I feel weak when I stand too long like my legs will collapse. I am on hormone replacement therapy..Vivelle .075 post op complete hyst. for 8years. Can you tell me what I might need to look for in prognosis? Thank you

It is necessary performing a leg X-ray study coupled with vitamin D plasma levels. A bone densitometry is necessary to check of osteoporosis.
