Unprotected sex, white bump on inner labia. Is this genital warts?

I had unprotected sex about 1 1/2 weeks ago. I noticed a small bump on the head of my partners penis afterwards. I have now noticed a very small skin to white colored bump (almost like a hard zit) on the my inner labia . Would genital warts appear so early or could it be something else? I ve also been trimming my pubic hair more often and using estrogen and lidocain creme for vulvydynia.

I can understand this, this is not the warts, using hormone preparation for no good reason is not good, and your lesion that you are seeing could be due to the estrogen preparation that you are using, hope this information helps you have nice day.
