Trying For Second Child, No Success With Clofert. Advice?
Hi There, I am 31 yrs old and has a 3-yr old kid, I delivered the first baby in March 2009 and I had Medical Termination of pregnancy in 5th week twice after first delivery i.e July 10 and Oct 10. Now I am planning to have the second child from May 11 and we have been trying since one year on the fertile days, but unfortunately I am not getting preganant and worried if ever I would give birth to a second child. I have used Clofert 50 mg in Jan 12 for a cycle of 5 days ann currently I started using them again I am on my 4th day of periods. Please help me if you would suggest any.Thanks.....
thanks for your query.first of all,you please understand that MTP should never be used as a contraceptive method.you did it twice and that too within 3 months.it is both unethical and unhealthy.MTP uses very high dose of hormones to interrupt the pregnancy, which has a lot of effects on your menstrual periods, and overall health...but you need not worry much.try not to repeat it.anyhow, menstruation and fertility usually returns to normal after a few months of MTP(usually within 3-4 months).if you are still not able to conciev,we have to investigate with an USG,and histopathology if needed.hope you got what I mean.
