Toes Are Turning Themselves In Towards The Other Toes With Bad Bone Pain

hi my partner has what looks like a little hole in between his last little toeand next one with broken skin and the toes are turning them selves in towards the other toes with bad bone pain this only started acouple of days ago and the little two toes are starting to look deformed he is male not very active and is 35 years old

It seems that you might have fungal infection between toes.
It is common phenomenon that due to wet skin between toes help fungus to grow and produces infection.
Consult dermatologist and seek his advice.
