Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. As your description describes your problem,is a chronic allergic rhinitis resulted in nasal block and chronic pharyngitis.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T.surgeon, there you will get treatment for for chronic allergy with newer drug montelecast for complete relief of rhinitis and hence relief of oral breething and chronic pharyngitis.
Besides i advise you some diet recommendations as avoid taking cool drinks, ice creams, cool water , fruits and juices till you get the complete relief. after relief you can use these things . you can find out the things which are allergic to you and try to avoid them for ever.
Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.

The complaints you are having appear to be associated with excesive formation of phlegmatic matter along with congestion in the pharynx. This is regarded as post nasal drip with pharyngitis. Many a times it is the outcome of hyperacidity or gastritis. For a total cure you will have to take care of your bowel. Keep it clean avoid constipation. Have regular proper meals, rest and light exercise. Avoid spicy and fast food. Be stress free. With these measures the gastric mucosa will return to normalacy and stop irritating the mucosa of pharyngeal region.
To cure your throat and congested nose have steam inhalation with euclyptus oil or vicks or cap. karvol in it. Add a bit of turmeric to your milk and take it hot. Amongst herbal medicines use of liquorice and raisins is also recommended. Thhis will also raise immunity along with curing the problem.
