I can understand your concern, from your treatment regimen it also appears that you are trying to conceive or at least planing for it?
Yes, you may take these medications together and the reason why they have been prescribed is to help regularize your period. Women with PCOS trying to conceive need to understand that conception comes secondary, and regularizing your period comes first on the list of aims for a doctor. As regularizing your menstrual cycle will help in promoting and also supporting conception and pregnancy which can follow.
Once sucessful regularization is acheived, adding hCG injections and clomiphene citrate to your treatment regimen will increase the chances of conception.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
