Suggest Treatments For Side Effects Of High TSH Medication

my Daugther was start with Hypo for TSH 204 , after taking a medicne of 75 Micro the TSH bak to 1.63 after 4 month , however now she start vomating and fatiuge we do blood test again we Found that TSH became 2.4 however FT4 is increased to 22.8 pmol/l and T3 to 4.8 and start feeling of Hyper symptoms

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Initially you have hypothyroidism and you are taking medicine for that. You medicine increase the your T3, T4 level and now you are feeling symptoms of hyperthyroidism. You need to adjust the dosage of medicine. Moreover you should go for Anti TPO and Anti thyroglobulin antibodies test. Because most common cause of hypothyroidism is thyroiditis. Consult your doctor and start treatment accordingly.
