Hi,

In tuberculosis the tissues get fibrosed and thus leading to blockage of tubes. The medicines given to you may reduce the inflammation and thereby releasing the block. But this will not subside fully and hence it needs surgical intervention. Sometimes there are chances for inflammation to subside completely in such a way that the tubal block is released. Don't worry. Since this is a slow process we need to be calm and wait.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

TB is often associated with blocked fallopian tubes. Treatment for TB may help to unblock the fallopian tubes. Laparoscopy may be required. Laparoscopy is a safe procedure and there is nothing to worry.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
