Hi,

1. It could possibly be Bacterial Vaginosis [BV], but since unable to take complete history or direct physical examination. With females suffering (90%) in our areas, I generally inquire about the following parameters:
i. General weakness (Complete Blood Profile)
ii. Excessive indulgence in unprotected sexual intercourse (multiple partners) or complete inactive sexual life.
iii. Attained menopause or not:low estrogen (hormone)
iv. Any history of previous sexually transmitted disease (STD’s) or any history? (body aches-fever-frequent and burning sensation in urine) [Go for blood sugar and HIV test (routine)
v. Excessive consumption of sweet-sour-hot food.
vi. Frequent use of dry/rough Tampons in the vagina.
You should consult a Gynecologist who will do a P.S. & P.V. examination to note the type of discharge, and look for pathologies like cervical erosion, fibroid, polyp, PID, or T.O. mass. In the meantime, an herbal cure which one can opt for:
1. Yoni Prakshalan:(Vaginal cleansing) with “panchvalkal” or “trifla” or “nimba” Kwatha (decoction).
2. Use of either Jatyadi/Bala/Chandan oil as (Pichu) Tampon.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
