Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I have read your question fully and understand your concerns.

I think you are having hypothyroidism as you are on the Thyronorm 50 micrograms. There is no permanent cure for your thyroid problem (that means the condition won’t disappear by taking a course of medicines for a few weeks/months). Though there is no permanent cure, it can be adequately controlled. You may need to be on the Thyronorm lifelong. You need to get your TSH and T4, T3 levels checked periodically (every 6 weeks if the TSH is fluctuating, and every 6-12 months if it is stable). Thyronorm needs to be taken on an empty stomach in the morning. Do not eat/drink anything (except water) for 45 min-1 hour after taking the tablet.

You are on the right treatment for your gastric problem. Lansoprazole will reduce the production of your stomach acids.

Regarding your BP medicine, you are taking both Ramiheart (Ramipril) and Revas (Losartan). Ideally these two drugs are not given together as it can cause side effects and kidney problems. This combination is given only in very few clinical situations. Is there any reason that your doctor has prescribed you these? May be you could consult your doctor for this.

Regular master health check up is provided by almost all the big corporate hospitals and also well established labs in Bangalore. You could contact any of those.

I hope this answer has helped you.

Thank you
