I tried crystal meth out of stupidity with a friend and I woke up and forced to throw up but all that came was black and pink pleghm. Now I have a tightness in my chest my tonsils are swollen and I can hardly breathe since my throat is swollen or there s a lump there? Do I have tonsillitis

hello,thanks for your query, forciful, repeated vomiting will cause chest tightness, wheeze, throat pain due to congested tonsills and pharyngeal wall. take simple antacid syrup . zellusil 15ml twice daily, tab. pan-d(pantoprazole+domperidone) stops further vomiting and pain. hope i have answered ur query.all d best. take care.
