Suggest Treatment For Spinal Cord Compression

Sir doc, my mother aged 68 years old and just diagnosed for spine tb , and has a compression fracture in t12, mri shows that she s havinga spinal cord compression and that her left leg weakness. I m asking if what kind of treatment should she undergo by now? thank you sir

Hi,

Continue with ATT. and get follow up after 9 month. Check ESR of your mother. Apply lumber corset and should continue physiotherapy.
