Hello, I am a 21 year old female weighing roughly 90 pounds. I was recently kneed in the right side of my chest/rib cage by my ex boyfriend. When it first happened I had a crushing pain as if I was suffocating, this was accompanied by shallow breathing and dizziness. This went away after about 3 minutes. It is now 3 days later and the point of impact has become more sore and increases in pain when I breath. The pain has also now radiated to my upper mid back. I also woke up this morning with a very sore throat, slight fever and headache. I have also been having short epidemics of unexplained crying and a general dizziness and confusion. Please help me and tell me if I need to go to the ER. I m very worried.
