General & Family Physician Dr. Maria Monica Villanueva's  Response
hi. does it happen during any change of weather, temperature or exposure to smoke or any heavy perfumes. Did they do a complete blood count? If its sinusitis your face or head might feel heavy when you lean forward. It can be a migraine too but they should occur 4x a year or more to be termed a migraine. Go see an ENT just to check your sinuses. It can be due to allergies that progressed to an acute infection.
