Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In liver cirrhosis, to reduce portal hypertension and to relieve edema, Diuretic and Beta blocker like medicines can be prescribed.

Anti-viral medicine is given only if active stage present with high liver enzymes, more viral DNA marker, and HBeAg positive.

This medication is given on prescription of the registered medical practitioner in most of the countries. Consult a nearby physician for examination and your further work up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
