Suggest Treatment For Issues In Breathing Through Nose

Hi I am having difficulties breathing properly out of my nose which makes it feel like its hard to breathe.When I breathe out ofmy mouth its better but, im not a mouth breather. Also sometimes i do feel pressure mid chest and slight pain going to the right when stressed

Hi,

I suggest you to follow Pranayama (breathing exercise in yoga). Please see the videos of pranayama and follow it. Starting it will be difficult but gradually your nose and breathing will be full clear. I have experienced it. Also, if possible, please do steam inhalation also. Daily before sleeping.
