Suggest Treatment For Eczema

17yo daughter diagnosed with eczema as a baby. Had several flare ups in childhood 4-5 treated successfully with Eucerin/Aquaphor/Protopic/Triamcinolone/Bactroban. She now lives in Columbus, Georgia has had a flare up on her left hand dry, itchy, red discoloration, cracking, painful. Had been to MD 3x now. I believe oral abx were given and Ketoconazole cream. They now say it is not bacterial infection or a fungal infection and want her to see a dermatologist. I wish she had been referred the second time she saw the MD. This has been going on for at least 2 months. What could it be? She has also been having trouble with her GERD. Otherwise a healthy child. She is adopted and I don't have a lot of information on birth parents.
