R.Ovary measures 6.6x5.5cms incresed in size E/O thick walled dense internal echoes measures 50x55mm.Impression:bulky Uterus with Early Adenomyosis.Right Ovarian Cyst - Endometriotic cyst.Please suggust solution without operation and with medicines only.please reply to my email :
