i am having a heterogeneous myometrial ecotexter adenomyosis thicknes 9.0mm and all ready had a hysterscopy poliypectony done wht is the final treatment to it i have 4 kids eldest one is 11 and youngest one is 4 and according to doctor my counts are 12,200 wht shoud i do

If you have any disturbances in your periods like excess flow during cycles, pain, fatigue etc. You can have hysterectomy done since you have completed your family. But if this finding is not disturbing you from doing your daily activities you can just leave it. You can have your pelvis scan done once every 3 to 6 months.
