Hi,

According to your ultrasound report:
-Grade 1 fatty infiltration of liver, means there is excess fat deposition in the liver cells. Usually in Grade 1 stage, you may not have any symptoms and specific treatment may not be needed other than antioxidants.
-Bulky retroveted uterus means, the size of the uterus is big and in retroveted position, means uterus is aiming towards the rectum.
-Adenomyosis means growth of endometrial tissue, that is the inner layer of the uterus in the middle layer.

Now the treatment options depend on your symptoms. At your age:
-If you are asymptomatic, you can wait and watch. After attaining menopause, the size of the uterus will shrink automatically.
-If you are having symptoms like pain during periods, excessive bleeding, dyspareunia, etc. with minimal intensity, you can try medical management.
-If you are having the same symptoms with more severity, you may need to go for surgical management.
Please discuss these things with your doctor and follow her advice.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sree Gouri S. R., OBGYN
