Suggest Treatment For Bloating Of Stomach

Hi !
I have severe bloating and slime since a couple of days again. I have had these symptoms before (first time in January this year). It comes with back pains, especially at night. I wake up with a feeling of panic. I have been diagnosed with a rectum prolaps which I should have surgery on. However, I would want to wait for a better health state, as I have a weak immun system currenty, experiencing exhaustion throughout the day, but especially in the evenings.
I have had a colonoscopy and ultrasound on the kidneys with no indications of sickness.
A year ago I have had surgery and had a polyp removed from my womb. The womb seemingly looked healthy too. Reason for the surgery was, that I did not get my menstruation any more. It was in a time where I had just gone through a very difficult time due to a breakup from my 6-year relationship. I am 37 years old now. The hormon tests showed that the Anti-Müller-Hormon is extremly low, indicating that I cannot get pregnant the natural a way any more. It seems I have gone into early meno-pause.
After this womb surgery, I felt all the time very stressed and did not seem to be able to relax anymore. I had very frequent menstruations (2 week cycles and 4 week cycles) and did not feel welll at all. Psychologically I felt very fragile and then half a year later severe back pain symptoms started for the first time. the pains have something to do with the womb or the instestines, I observed. When bowel moves, I can feel it in these cases. Also it may be caused by the womb. I went to the doctors many times and I have had 4 bacterial infections of the vaginal tract ever since, but the antibotics do not seem to help for a long time.
I am not sure whether the problem comes from an endometriosis, as I have just done some reasearch about it , but not spoken about it with my doctor. I have however, always observed, that during my menstruation my intestines and bowl movement was impacted (the colon usually was constipated 2-3 days prior to the menstruation, and with the menstruation it emptied itself compeltely)

I am not sure if the womb issues cause the back pains of the intestines, which in return causes slime and due to thr prolaps the bacterial infection of the vagina. Or whether the problem is bacteria in the vagina, that comes back over and over again and causes the intestines to freak out and go bloated and cause the slime.
However, 3 of the 4 bacterial infections were from Garnerella. This is not a bacterium from the colon.

I have started to work with a homoeopathic healer, she gave me Sepia LM 6 which improved my state of psychological disbalance and finally triggered the menstruation, after it did not start after the last antibiotic treatment.. It did not help with the belly symptoms however.
PS: I have a also very often a stuffy sinuses - I feel there is a connection between the sinuses and a headache they cause and the bloated belly. When the sinus / headache pressure is severe, I am not able to think clearly complex tasks anymore.

I would be grateful for any advice or help. Thank you!
