Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

What are your telling about, Is it prostate secretions? Is it about skin around the prostate?

Brown color may be due to mild hemorrhage or prostatitis or trauma etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please get it done prostate secretions microscopy and culture.

Please consult your doctor he will examine through endoscopy and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
