Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Panic attack is a situation where body is totally confused about what is to be done in the present situation. Naturally there is total havoc. But you should not worry. Body knows how to get itself out of it. Worrying more about being panic is obsession and the symptoms returns often.

Panic disorder is due to underlying anxiety. You had anxiety during exercise (high stress). Currently your BP is driven by anxiety and not vice versa. You should be treated with yoga, meditation and psychotherapy which helps you to streamline life style, thinking, metabolism and to reprogram brain.

I can help you in this aspect. Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
