Suggest Remedy For Soreness And Redness In Labia And Very Little Urine Due To Bladder Infection

I broke my pelvis last June and got a bladder infection while I was in the hospital. I now have soreness and redness in my labia. I also have very little urine. I take cranberry pills and drink cranberry juice about every other day but I ve had no relief. Any suggestions?

Hello,

You can go for a urine culture and sensitivity study and start antibiotics according to the culture reports.

Nothing much to worry and most cases respond well to antibiotics. A vaginal swab can also be taken to rule out conditions like vaginitis.

The symptoms are more consistent with infective As of now you can use clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
