Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

hello, i am 19 years old and i have a very fast matablism i had my peroid for 4 weeks acouple of weeks ago and have been suffering from irreguler periods i have overy pains cramps, headaches and sore nipples i also am needing to urinate every 5 minutes and i feel my bladder is qeak as i only urinate abit each time

Hello,

Increased frequency of urinating might be due to infection. Get urine routine microscopy tested and accordingly treat with antibiotics if need be. For irregular periods, you need to get your thyroid tested once and get a sonography done. Accordingly, we can start medication to regularize your periods. If the pain is very severe during periods then you need medication for the same. Get back to your doctor with the reports done so they can advise you further.
