Hello,

Increased frequency of urinating might be due to infection. Get urine routine microscopy tested and accordingly treat with antibiotics if need be. For irregular periods, you need to get your thyroid tested once and get a sonography done. Accordingly, we can start medication to regularize your periods. If the pain is very severe during periods then you need medication for the same. Get back to your doctor with the reports done so they can advise you further.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rishma Lakhani, OB & GYN Specialist
