Hello,

You have history of migraines and headaches. Presently you have been experiencing pins and needles down to the arm to the fingers. You have taken excessive amount of Ibuprofen and maybe Zomorph also, and hence now you are experiencing the side effects of medicines taken. Side effects include numbness, tingling, muscle weakness, pain. bruising, seizures, chills, neck pain, etc. You should not take too much medicines.

Take plenty of water to flush out the toxic effects. Stay well hydrated, switch to healthy lifestyle. Take fruits, berries, cooked veggies, whole grains well cooked, home made balanced food and food that is easily digested. Cut on trans fat, frozen, packaged food, oily-spicy food, carbs, sugars, food that takes a long time to digest. Cut on addictions if any. Maintain proper eating time table. Stay away from strong smells, exposure to sun, extremes of temperature, stress (both physical and emotional).

Take bath regularly, use humidifiers. Stay in rooms that are comfortable. Avoid people with whom you are not comfortable. Take acetaminophen, one SOS when pain. Take vitamin B6, B12 and vitamin E to repair any nerve damage. You can also take supplements. Avoid constipation, take laxatives at bed time. Stay well hydrated. Get clinically examined by a GP, get all investigations, Imaging tests done to rule out any major pathology in the head / brain / CNS. Get treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
