What causes frequent headaches?

I m engaged to be married & I suffer from frequent migraines & before I met my fiance I had less migraines than I do now but he is a extremely loud snorer & the person I was with previously I never really got migraines with as frequently with & was curious as if this was why my migraines are more frequent now?

Hello,

If you have any tension usually an episode of a migraine varies with the intensity of it. Being a doctor I also have a migraine and on prophylaxis. I have only noticed that when I get tension more of the episode happens.

After I started yoga, meditation, exercise and all reduced to a considerable level now. In your case, if marriage bothering you or fiance then rethink of it once more. Take the decision your heart says so that you live a better life.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
