Suggest Remedy For Frequent Urination
I have a problem of frequent urination since 20 years but when iam outside of my house i can hold urine for even 5 hours
I am 42 and my ht is 5 feet and weight is 67.i think i dont have any other probem,only some time when i stand for many hours i feel s pressure on lower abdomen.

Frequent urination means more than 6-8 times a day. With the symptomatology of voiding frequently at home and being able to refrain from voiding for prolonged period outside, I would request u to perform voiding diary for 3 days. It includes intake of fluids with time mentioned and urine output vol each time u void. Record time of intake and output. U will cm to know abt habit of intake and output and treat accordingly. After getting ur voiding diary u can treat you can judge ur problem, and u must know that total intake should be ideally be around 2-3litres and output around 1.5 to 2 litres. U should void every 2 hours ideally. Avoid coffee and tea
