Suggest Remedy For Bowel Movements With Frequent Urination

For the last 6 months or so I have had changes in bowel movements and frequency in urination. In the last month it has gotten steadily worse. I have been tested for pregnancy, kidney infection, and a uti. All have been negative. I don't understand why I have to pee every five minutes but continue to be constipated. The internet is a scary thing... everything is pointing to late stage ovarian cancer or a tumor pressing on my bladder. I am 26 years old and up till the last six months have been healthy.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Your symptoms are continued for a long time of 6 months with history of constipation and frequency of micturition in spite of negative pregnancy, kidney infection. Internet is scary because there is no interaction only one sided thoughts being fed without the patient knowing the basis hene half knowledge is most dangerous.
It is extremely rare to have any cancer including the ovarian at the age of 26.
Hence the most probable causes are:
Constipation may cause the irritation on the urethra in some cases if there is colitis or so or by any inflammatory process if there is no primary cause that can be contribute for frequency of urination. This is so as you have mentioned that there is no kidney infection or UTI.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult a Team of a Gynecologist and an Urologist for them to have a clinical evaluation, examination and further investigations like Urethrocystoscopy, special culture and sensitivity tests like anaerobic infection, tuberculosis or any Gynecological cause and get treated accordingly.
Consult a Gastroenterologist to have clinical evaluation, CT scan of the abdomen colonoscopy and tests of blood, urine and stool.
This will give a probable idea about the cause and will guide for the management like laxatives, stool softener, to rule out IBS meaning irritable bowel syndrome. Control of stress and anxiety is the basic key in such management if all the investigations are normal.
