Could The Fluid Lateral To Cecum Be Due To Rupture Of Ovarian Cysts?
Hospital visit showed 1.3 cm fluid lateral to cecum. Went to ER with 8/10 pain in right side with vomitting. BloOdwork showed low lymphs and high neutrophils. Would fluid be from burst duct on ovary?? Ultrasound months prior evidenced bilateral ovarian cysts

Your symptoms definitely suggests acute abdomen pain mostly due to ruptured ovarian cyst. Such condition needs urgent admission in ER. Physical examination and visualizing investigations like X-ray, CT scan would show exact site of problem with urgent treatment with IV fluid, antibiotic &needful emergency drugs / surgery as per need.
