Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
First of all, Please don't feel low.. We all are not same and god make us with different physical outlook.. So don't feel sad.. Keep smiling and have a positive attitude..See, you are obese and hypothyroidism.. So both can affect Male pattern musculinization..First, i want to know about your weight and height, BMI and your thyroid profile status.. First most important step for you, You have to loose some weight..you have to modified your life style.. What is your Blood glucose status? What about your family history (any chronic illness in family)
And 2nd you to consult endocrinologist for further evaluation and management..Dont worry about your health but you have to do some modification with your life style..
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
