Hi dear user
I have gone through your question.

Valprol-CR is an antiepileptic and it is used for the treatment of generalized or partial epilepsy and the manic episodes associated with bipolar disorders. It helps to stabilize the electrical activity in the brain to restore mental balance and prevent fits.
I can't say if you will have to be on medication for life because i haven't sufficient information about your exact diagnose but i suggest to consult your doctor and follow his or her recommendations.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Wish you good health

I was diagnosed with hypopituitarism including central insipidus diabetes, growth hormone deficiency, low testosterone , septo optic dysplasia.and legal blindness and also delayed puberty. My pituitary gland with mri showed to be very tiny. I dont know if this is a related issue or not but I ve always had a very poor sense of smell, some things i cant smell at all some i cant distinguish, so my question is is this related to the pituitary condition or is it something else, in either case what could it be.

my sister is 14 years old and she has a hormone deficiency that stunts her growth and halted puberty. the doctors took her in for an MRI and they told my mom that they found a mass on her brain. they dont know what it is and my sister doesnt know that they even have any results. when she finds out she is going to want to know whats going to happen and be comforted by family so i need to know what do you think that this mass could be, is it harmful and how YOU would proceed from just finding the mass.
