Hello dear
Understand your concern
There is no food and drinks that abort the pregnancy. Mifepristone followed by misoprostol is safe option to abort early pregnancy up to 9 week of pregnancy. Medical termination (abortion) of early intrauterine pregnancy should be done after getting expert opinion and guidance by gynecologist (under observation). Before getting use of abortion pill USG scan is required to confirm uterine pregnancy (pregnancy in uterus) and gestational age of pregnancy (gestational sac). Mifepristone 600 mg orally should be followed by misoprostol 400 ug vaginally after 24 hour (Two tablet of 200 mcg), if no bleeding another two tablet should be put by gynecologist after 4 hour. Dose should be modified by gynecologist if no bleeding.Follow up USG should be done after 14 days to know the completeness of abortion process/incomplete abortion. It cause minor side effects like bleeding (more than period), headache, abdominal cramp, diarrhea, nausea, tiredness etc.
Do not try this medicine at home as it cause complication like exceesive bleeding, failure of abortion, incomplete abortion. Use condoms and emergency contraception in future to prevent unwanted pregnancies.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
