Suggest Reason For Nose Bleeds In Sinus Patients

Hi doctor,
There is a sinus problem with my mother, I am 30yrs old,
she has no disease till now Alhumdulillah,
but few days back there was bleeding from her nose, she took medicine from the concern doctor, but its still bleeding ......please suggest some advice

aslm.,thanks for ur query, sinusitis will have nasal block of thick mucu and thick crusts. due to irritation ,whenever she attempts to remove d crusts,where superficial vessels gets , it bleeds.plz check her bp, and routine blood tests to rule out any bleeding disorders.if she is not hypertensive u can give decongesent drops like xylometazoline.all d best.take care.aslm.
