Suggest Possible Medication For Pneumonia

we took my 6 yr. old grandson to the hospital sunday morning. he was diagnosed with pheinoma. they also took exrays of his chest and stomache area. they found an enlarged spleen. we are waitin to hear from doctors what our next step is.

Pneumonia is an infection of the lungs that is caused due to certain bacteria, or less commonly, viruses. The treatment could require antibiotics, the choice of which depends upon the suspected causative agent. The splenic enlargement could be a sign of certain infections but it is hard to comment on this from such little details.
