Hi,
If your husband has been declared to be azoospermic, the cause and the type should be known. Pre and post testicular azoospermia can be corrected while testicular type cannot be corrected. When treatment is not effective, sperm extraction can be done directly from the testicular tissue and artificial reproduction achieved through IVF, if sperm is available in the testes. Please consult a specialist in infertility and ART procedures for further help. If you cannot do any of these, you should consider donor semen. Hope this helps.
