Question: I have testicular atrophy. No sperm count. 1.6 cms and 1.9 cms. Azoospermia. I'm taking now ayurvedic treatment for 3 years. Pls suggest me any medicine for recovery of testicular atrophy and to generate sperms production.

Thank U sir... I'm 32 years old. My GOSH value is 65 and LH is 34, and Testosterone is 280.
I have a very good sexual desire and sexual wellness. No intercourse issue. No pain while doing intercourse. Height 5.4" and weight 65 KG.
No Injury as of now and I'm completely non alcoholic. No steroids and side drugs.

Testicular atrophy. Having testicals sizes of 1.9 cms and 1.6 cms. No varicose blockage . Non obstructive azoospermia.

* Indicates pre testicular / testicular cause of non obstructive azoospermia .
* Sorry to say but much of the time has been spent behind other trials .
* Now you require firm management plans for final results which still will take
its own time in modern medicine also .
* Strongly recommend to consult expert Urologist & start proper line of
medications for best outcomes .
* Different class of drug molecules are available for your case as :
- FSH , HCG centrally acting hormonal molecules
- SERM molecules ( as Clomiphen citrate ) selective estrogen receptor
modulator
- Aromatase inhibitors ( Anastrazole , Letrazole ) increase testosterone ,
decrease estrogen , decrease peripheral metabolism of testosterone

So I have been recommended one type of tablet and one type of capsule and to maintain nutritious diet.

So many allopathy doctors and journals told that my problem is irreversible.

I will buy this two medications as of now.

Can my testicals have a chance of regrowth and produce sperms???

Were you told about problem is irreversible by any expert Urologist in
consultation ?
* These suggested medicines minimum duration of 3 months are mandatory
with varying chances of sperm production , not necessarily regrowth of
