Suggest Medication For Delay In Periods

I am on microgynon 30 pill and usually onto 7 day break I have a period on the 7th day. However this was Sunday and I still haven't had a period. Should I have resumed my pill on Sunday. And could there be any reason for this other than pregnancy. I last had sex 13 weeks ago? I have been on the pill for 7 years. Email is YYYY@YYYY

Hi,

Since you had intercourse 13 weeks so pregnancy is not a possibility. I think that there may be hormonal irregularities so I would suggest you to do a thyroid profile test and prolactin test. If you don't have your periods by two weeks then I would suggest you to stop Microgynon 30 and start Medroxyprogesterone tablet 10 mg for 5 days.
