Left sided chest ,shoulder and back pain can be of many causes. One thing you didn't mentioned is your age, since certain problems are suspected based on the age group.since this problem disturbs you lot,its better to rule out all the suspected have mentioned about blood and urine tests but specific for what problem again stands as a question. The three common problems which can be suspected are simple gastritis (antacids and azole group of drugs wil take care),lung problem or heart problem(you have mentioned some blue discoloration of face). To rule out the last two conditions, take an x-ray chest,ECG along wit blood lipid profile. Consult your GP Wit these results.if not you can consult another,or else straight away go to a cardiologist and consult him.if all the tests are negative then no need to worry it might be simple gastritis or muscle follow the above instructions and get well soon.
