Suffering From Gastritis And Discomfort Especially On The Left Side

I am 27 year old male and since the last year , I am experiencing problems with my stomach.
Initially, the problem was that I can hear sounds from my stomach. Just to elaborate, these are not those normal empty stomach sounds, but these are a bit loud and can be heard by a person nearby and I keep hearing that in full as well as empty stomach as well.
Now, apart from this, I have started experiencing gas related problems as well. It seems, as if whatever I take , after few hours, there is a strong surge of passing gas out. Burping that I never experienced before in my life has increased to around 5-7 times a day as well.
I do also experience some dying pain on left side of stomach sometimes as well and the source of sound is also left side of stomach usually. I am not sure, if they are related or not.
Just FYIP, I have already increased my water intake and have been taking 2 spoon olive oil in the morning daily. I am refraining from eating any junk food and the bowels are fine as well.
Kindly suggest what should I do to get rid of all this. Also,it would be great , if you can suggest some basics stomach test as well if you think these symptoms might require.

I strongly suggest you get a laboratory test (complete blood count, fasting blood sugar), ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis, upper GI endoscopy to find out the reason properly and get management protocols.
