Suggest Treatment For Gastritis And Migraines

I am having severe gastritis and severe migraine ... if I take any medicine like Combiflam to treat Migraine the Gastritis gets aggravated .. and when I take medicines like Neopride or Zintac .. these help the gastritis .. but headache comes as the gastritis subsides ... and then seems like headache causes gastritis .. I seem to be caught in a vicious cycle .. I have experienced this problem for many years now .. but now it seems to have been vastly aggravated

Welcome to HCM
This is Dr Amit. Let me help you in this case.
One of the most common side effect of Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) like combiflam is gastritis so i will advice you to consume Zintac or any other antacids like pantoprazol 40 mg before taking food and after taking food take combiflam. You will not have any gastric trouble in future if you will follow my advice.
