Suffering From Cough, Recurring Fever. Took Paracetamol. Headache, Breathing Difficulty, BP Normal. Dengue Symptoms?

i am suffering from cough from 20 days. four days before i got the fever. i was advised by the doctor to take paracetamol only when fever persists. day before yesterday when i was working in office i feel headache. i had difficulty in breathing. i thought its a blood pressure sign. but while i immediately made a bp checkup it was normal. yesterday at afternoon i again suffered from fever. i dont take any pill. After some time it was normal. i consult the doctor after three hour. that time my fever was gone. but after few hour fever come again. i dont take any pill it disappear after ten minute/ when fever come i feel headache my body sweating and my body was feel lazy. today fever again come at 1 o clock. it appear at afternoon regularly. is it dangu or any thing else. suggest me.

it is not possible tell whether it is dengue or not from your history
paracetamol is given to for temporary relief
20 days cough and fever is not an ordinary seasonal fever.
you should get thorough investigations done with the advice of a physician to arrive at a correct diagnosis
