Suffering From Anxiety And Panic Attacks, Bloating In Stomach, Nausea. Recommendations?

I've had anxiety and panic attacks for almost a year now. I am always afraid of getting sick or something like if I go out to eat. Then I take a bite of something and I feel extremely sick to my stomach. I feel very bloated and nauseous every night as I try to fall asleep and I'm thinking its my thyroid. Can you help? Please!

Hi,
Firstly, you should see a physician to exclude gastric disturbance as the cause of your symptoms. You can get a complete hormonal profile as well to clarify your doubts. You would need the help of a psychologist to help you further. Also, try to involve yourself in some avocation, meditate and try to relax using relaxation techniques. You may take simple anxiolytics and digestive medications under the doctor's surveillance. Hope this helps. Take care.
