Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The first thing to do will be to see your doctor and have an ECG – make sure there are no new changes from atypical presentation of the Coronary Artery Disease.
Probably it is due to some food / or aspirin (ecosprin) / Rantac may take care of it... / If the pain persists, check the stool for occult blood, check Haemoglobin – to exclude internal bleeding. A gastro-enterologist is the appropriate person... Possible unrelated, incidental problems could also be evaluated by him...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
