Small Itchy Rashes On Right Side Of Body, Weightloss, Small Knot On Back Of Neck. Diagnosed Increased Lymph Nodes. Any Ideas?

About 8 months ago a formed a small rash on my chest and the back of my head it is very itchy but isn't spreading and is only found on the right side of my body. About 2 months after that I started to lose weight for no apparent reason I was not trying and dropped 20 pounds and then 2 months ago I found a small knot on the back of my neck. I just recently had my thyroid tested and had a CBC done. Both results came back perfect so I had a CT Scan done of my neck. They found that I have an increased number of lymph nodes. Other then thyroid is fine and CBC results are fine and an increased number of lymph nodes I have no answers. Any ideas what it could be?

You might be suffering from infectious mononucleosis.

It is an infection caused by EB virus.

This condition presents with skin rash and lymphadenopathy.
