My left ear is completly clogged and my right ear is mostly clogged....I can hear my self talk and eat its driving me nuts since I cant hear well. The left has been this way for about 5 days now, (I have only been on antibiotics for a day now) is there anything I can do to try and unclog them besides wait it out?

Hello
In your situation medication other than antibiotics are recommended. A combination of decongestant+Levo cetrizine+Paracetamol can be help full. Along with that you should do Steam inhalation 2-3 times daily. Take plenty of water and Vitamin C with protenicious food.Do valsalve (try to exhale air with mouth and nose closed) as many time you are comfortable with.Chewing gums are helpful too. These measures will help to improve faster.
Get well soon good luck. Get back if you have any quarries.

Thanks
Dr Samir
