Should I Be Concerned About A Painless And Movable Lump Under Skin Of Labia Majora?

Hello, I have a moveable pea sized lump under the skin of my labia majora. It is painless and as I said it is moveable and has not changed in size since a found it a few months back. You cannot see anything above the skin it can only be found if felt for, what could this be and should I be concerned?

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Labia is common site for inflammatory, non-neoplastic and neoplastic lesions.
A painless lesion on the labia is suggestive of cyst on the labia.
Bartholin's cyst is common on the labia but it is painful.
A clinical examination is required.
Consult a gynecologist for clinical examination, excision of the cyst followed by histopathological examination.

The histopathological examination will actually determine the character of the lesion.
Further follow up will depend on the character of the lesion.

Thanks and take care
