Severe Itching In Genitals, No Relief With Medicines, Change In Routine Things. Cause And Cure?

hi i have had severe itching underneath for around 6 months i have treated myself with caneston and symptons still the same i have changed my washing powder to non biological and the symptons still the same i am in a lot of pain with this i scratch so much i make myself bleed at times i have been to gp 3 times does not seem worried

There could be various causes of that itching in genitals. One of the causes could be fungal infection. But there could be other causes also. So local examination and if required a swab for examination may be required.
