Reason For Missing Period, General Weakness After Home Pregnancy Test Shows Negative Results?
Hi Doctor, I have been married for close to 2 yrs now... I had my periods last month on 7th Nov and I did not have my periods this month so far. I also did home pregnancy test this morning but the results were negative. Last month when my periods were going on, I had fever ( around 101), cold cough, for 5 days . I felt very weak too and I had flow only for the first day. I thought this is OK since I was feeling weak, I also visited a local physician that time and she had my blood tests and urine tests. Blood tests were normal. I had urine infection detected for which she gave me antibiotic. Could you please tell what could possibly be the reason for missing my period? I used i-can kit. I feel too tired for last few days. Thanks in advance.

AS per your complains you are just 10 days due you should repeat a urinary test again at the end of 2nd week. . Did you get your hemoglobin done . Your symptoms and complains suggest that you are highly anemic. .I suggest that you take some iron supplements after consulting your gynecologist
Another check your weight and prolactin levels that you are not suffering from Pcod
Thirdly specify the type of urinary infection which you have contracted
